Glad you like it. I'm a 2yr resident and THANK GOD the owning company took over management. There were CONSTANT break ins, thug looking residents (still trying to get a couple of those households out I understand) and maintenance was non-existent for about a year and a half. Parking was a nightmare- they never kept up with the contracts, gates were ALWAYS broken wide open. It was really not a safe, much less enjoyable place to live. FINALLY, this place is looking up! Back to the nice quiet place I fell in love with when I moved here.
"Kids running around" have never been an issue here. a few units have kids and they aren't ever a problem. People with animals are sometimes, though (not everyone cleans up). I'm more concerned with a couple of thugs that never seem to work and always walk out to the Walgreen's parking lot to meet people in cars (seen this a number of times) or just 'lounge' around the property. Its just not a good image. Always raises a strange conversation when people come to visit and see them. Most of the people here do respect themselves and the people around them. They have done a major 'cleaning up'. For a while it seemed lower class and/or co-ed types making so much noise at 3am.
Good Job! to the owners for managing this place themselves. Now, please could you finally replace the lights outside? Its been about a year since half of the grounds have been consistantly lit.

On-site management is very courteous but extremely ineffective. Very nice, but they've not done ONE THING they said they would since I moved in. The attitude is "get the caller off the line. Say whatever you have to; do nothing."
I agree with you. I've been there several months and I really, really like it. Clean property. What a location! Too bad the complex next door is so darned noisy!
