We will be moving out of The Lenox just as soon as our lease is up. The management team is wonderful and Morris (who does maintenance) is great. We have always been treated as if we are important.
The previous comment about the Lake is true. When it rains, there is no way to get to your car without rolling up your pants and wading through 4 inches of water. The landscaping is beautiful and I can tell the management is concerned about creating a nice environment for their tenants. The yard guys, however, are kind of creepy and one of them followed me to my apartment and stood outside of it until I came back out and then followed me to my car. There are also a lot of bums that hang out in the parking lot next door.
The gate was broken for a good month - two weeks of that it was left dangling off the side of the fence. Security is a priority, and that definitely did not make me feel very safe. There is also only enough room for one car to pass at a time so if someone is coming in when you are leaving, you have to back up and it's not that big a deal, but it's still a pain.
Overall, the apartments are nice. I think they may be a little overpriced for what you get since I started shopping around for other places. It's nice and quiet and the neighbors all seem to be pretty nice.
