A Few Things to Think About

Through no fault of The Lenox, we will not be renewing our lease this year. We are getting married and will need a bigger place.
Good:
It is truly a wonderful apartment complex with an excellent staff and maintenance team, as well as some nice neighbors.
Maintenance requests are always fixed the same day.
When the parking lot next door banned dogs, the management team built a dog run so our pups had a place to go.
The apartments are in good condition, and fairly quiet given that their location.
There haven't been many break-ins that I know of. The couple of times a car got broken into, we were notified the next day.
Good location.
Bad:
There are a few bums that like to hang out in the parking lot next door. However, they are nice bums. I have never been pestered for money. One was upset and would cry behind the dumpster sometimes.
The draingae is a problem. When it rains, it is quite hard to get to your car and stay dry.
I THINK there was a brothel being run out of the apartments next door to us, but they moved out and took their economy-sized lubricants with them. Although, not the best environment, it provided us with hours of entertainment. Other than that, I have not seen any unsavory folk around.
The gate did break for awhile, but nothing got broken into until the gate was fixed.
The one lne entrance makes it hard if your are coming and someone is going.
We will be gone at the end of the month, but I will be recommending The Lenox to other renters.
