Have lived here for a couple months now. The grounds are very nice and well kept (see cleaning crew most mornings). The front desk is receptive to my problems and have them fixed within 1-2 days (usually day of). The pool area is nice (infrared grills) and the gym equipment is new and efficient (TVs on equipment). The rent is about $200 a month more than I wanted to spend but I also have a garage which was an extra $100. The apartments are spacious and nicest around that I found (as I'm the first to live in it). Nice trim around doorways and excellent appliances. Counters and sinks are great. Have to admit that the walls are kind of thin and you can hear sound sytems, doors, and loud conversations of neighbors sometimes but overall this is a very quite community comparatively. Parking does get full at night but the spaces are large which saves dents from your car doors. They do tow if you do not put your hanging permit up which I see as a plus. The fountains and trees make this complex nicer than most concrete complexes. There is a lighted carwash in the back which is very conveniet as there is not one close in this area and the traffic stinks on 1960. I like being near all the restaurants, mall, movie theater, and HP where I work most of all. All in all I have really enjoyed this complex coming from several others and living in a house the last 2 years.
