I don't understand who they are talking to in the office, but that is not the staff I know! We have been here for 6 months, we love it. They do have visitor parking, it just saves room for us. We came from a property with parking problems, a problem means no parking! They have plenty on property. PS- good luck finding an apt with absolutely no crime in HOUSTON! Wow....you must have come from an are that was not considered "luxury living". Yes, there is absolutely crime in the area. As I posted to another person, there has been so much crime there and for a complex as new as The Lighthouse, that is quite a shame. It's public record of any and all criminal activity in the area you live in. I encourage you to visit the courthouse and retrive the information on The Lighthouse. They will provide this information to you. Maybe at that time, you will amend your posting.
