I have been here for over a year now. I am leaving not due to poor management or lack of maintanence just because the prices can be a bit steep. I agree with most of the reviews. I live in the mid rise and although it is really nice looking the construction is less than to be desired. My bathroom door does not stay closed due to major shifts in the building (new construction) although the maintenance staff has come out and "filed the top down" once because it wouldn't close, now it is a bit crooked and won't stay closed. There are some cracks in the foundation when you walk around, and you hear any and all noise outside in the courtyard. The parking garage is awful.Parking is not bad at all, but getting in and out can be tricky due to being so narrow. Probably the worst part is moving in and out. The garage gate does not allow for tall vehicles, moving vans, and depending where you are in the complex ther is one elevator per building that is not convenient to parking the van, and for those opposite the elevator there is a hike involved once you get to your floor. Although it sounds as though I have only bad things to say I really did enjoy my stay here, but for the price you pay it could use some construction upgrades. The staff is "almost" all friendly and helpful. The property manager is awesome. I hope this review will help a little.
