A Great Community Atmosphere From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived at the Alta Lofts for a year and I loved it. My only complaint is the trash room. It left the halls smelling like a chicken coop when it was over filled. Other than that, I wanted to address claims that peoples cars were broken into. That is not the fault of the management. If you leave something of value in plain sight, no matter where you're parked, you're pretty much asking to get robbed. The complex is very safe and my neighbors were very friendly. I had to move out because my roommates were all moving away and getting jobs. But we all agreed that this was the best place that we had ever lived
