I moved into one of their studios in the high rise in June 2007 and I just recently moved to one of the bigger full one-bedroom apartments in the midrise. First of all, GREAT LOCATION! The staff was very very helpful in making my transition as smooth as possible. As minor problems arose, I asked for some help and they were more than willing to do whatever they could to minimize stress. The property is very well taken care of, and the parking garage has plenty of space for residents and visitors to park in. While there were some thefts in the garage, I don't think that this is specific to just this complex... theft is at any complex you go to. The staff keeps the residents up-to-date on any news (i.e. construction, planned events in the lounge, etc...) and I have always gotten my water bill in my mail box in plenty of time to pay it. After almost a year of living here, there have been no unpleasant surprises. There are times during the day where you can easily hear barking, but it eventually stops. If it doesn't, the staff are more than willing to handle it. These apartments are a little on the more expensive side, you DO get what you pay for! All-in-all, I would give them a sterling reccommendation!
