This place is ok. The apartments inside are very pretty. The maintainance staff are excellent. Security is an issue. The neighborhood isn't great. Parking can be an issue if you get in after 10:00 pm. The management staff are so-so. The complex has not flooded during some of the severe weather storms. It is quiet and a family oriented community.
All in all, we have been happy here but it is out of the way from most of houston's night life and attractions. However, since the Westpark Toll Road opened, it is a lot easier to get downtown, to the Galleria or the Med Center.
