I shopped around 15-20 complexes and settled on this one. It's pretty on the outside as well as in (granite countertops, slate tile floors, 10' ceilings, etc). Security has been somewhat of a concern but has been addressed by a 24hour police officer/cart patrol and no problems since. Office staff is friendly enough although just turned over. Maintenance staff has been superb. Parking is not a problem for the most part.
