Having lived in apartments most of my adult life in a variety of cities across the world, I expect a certain level of noise. Unfortunately in the 18 months that I have lived in these apartmentsI have encountered two excessively noisy neighbors (one above, one below). That it in itself is not a problem, however the real problem has been the ineffective and unwilling management company to do anything about this problem.
A new management company has just replaced the old management and I can only hope that they will be more effective.
Apart from the above, the maintenance staff are excellent and the apartments are of relatively good quality with above average amenities.
