Since New Mgmt. effective 2/05, Apartment has gone down the drain. M.B.S. Mgmt. Svcs. has proven to be very unprofessional and incapable of operating this facility. Prior to this, property was quiet and serene, mgmt. friendly and helpful. No security since new mgmt has moved in also. I recommend AGAINST moving here. There are better options out there for the money.
