Strangely enough the hair raising crime rate has gone doen significantly since the new management took over but everything else has gone way down. The maintenance response is horrible and the grounds keeping is bad. We have breeseway lights out or flickering all over the place and when you report it they say the bulbs are on back order... Wal-Mart carries them.
The ac filters are also on back order, they have the wrong ones and you have to bend them to make them fit, thus all the dust and what not is not being filtered. No one carried the size we need so we can but them ourselves....
Our dishwasher is out and we were told our turn around was 72 hours before some one could come to fix it.
The pool has debrie in it and the jacuzzi has a cap missing from the drain in the bottom so your foot will get twisted if you are not careful...not to mention the water is warm not "hot" for some reason. The security gate if left open all night for several days often, at least every 6 weeks.
We used to have lots of office staff interaction before the new management....now every month there is someone new in the office it seems.

Well this is just what comes to mind.

Unfortunately the crime has NOT gone down at all as I just had my apt. broken into on 8/16/05. It occured during the middle of the day and my flat screen T.V. among other things was taken. I live in a 2nd floor apt. and no one saw a thing. The gates had been broken almost the entire week so it was very easy for someone to gain access to the complex as the gates are ALWAYS broken and the security in this place does not exist what-so-ever. Tenants beware this is an unsafe complex to live in as the burglar simply slipped a crow bar between my door and the frame and busted right through the frame and the deadbolt without anyone hearing a thing! We need more security and surveillance cameras for what we pay to live here! I'm moving as soon as possible!
