I took a year lease. THe management sux horribly, they are all stuck-up and take forever to respond to a call. I needed a bulb changed and it took two weeks. My brother's bathroom is filling with mold. trust me the complex looks nice but it's not worth the hassle of dealing with the management. You will be paying too much!! Don't even think about being late on your payments, no warnings, you just get evicted!
