Managers in the Office do a great job

The apartments are kept up, the maintenance people do a good job. The problem is MBS.
Their attitude is one of we will fix the problem when enough people scream. They do not call people back. They cut costs and security is not as big a priority as it should be.
MBS stands for "More --------", and quite frankly should be embarrassed how people talk about them. Unfortunately, many of the tenants know where the real problem exists. The girls up front know where the problem/s exist as well.
I have lived here for over a year and like my apartment, like the girls up front, and like
the maintenance guys. I just know that if we really have a large problem, you can not depend on MBS.
