Party by the pool every night
Guys urineating outside the fence - actually near your apartment!

Again did I mention security'
Cigarrette buts everywhere.
It sucks - very low level of renters

yep. Used to be nice...but now becoming VERY ghetto. I'm building a house and can't wait for it to be completed so I can move.
