Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I use to live as a resident here and found out that the apartment next door apt 711 had mold about waist high and never repaired. The mold spread through the walls and there was a pipe leaking,soon after my apt was flooded and mold was forming. The management kept us in our molded, meldew apartment. Promising us that they would move us to a new apartment because of the risk of our health.The management was rude and did not help one bit. I reported the problem to MBS management and they never resolved the issue.
Please don't waste your money here
