I became a resident 3 and a half years ago coming from "The Biarritz" apartments across the street. The inside of the apartments are really luxurious.
However, the management, leasing office is appalling. Any maintenance requests are still floating around in the office. It got the point where I just fix it myself, touch up the paint etc.
I am still trying to figure out where my monthly rental goes. I have a roof and 5 appliances. All olther costs are extra!!!!!!!!!
I the office cannot please their residents they need to change the staff!!!!!
