If you can find somewhere else to move in to, do it. These apartments are not what they seem to be. We still do not have the new carpets that were promised to us when we moved in. The carpets are filthy. They have urine stains all over them and they have big bumps in them that are contantly being tripped over where they need to be stretched. I have found several roaches on the walls in the kitchen and bathroom and every single morning there are little bugs in my bathtub. The amenities are never working. Every time we have tried to use the "luxurious" outdoor grills, the gas line is broken or they are chained shut. They have a free tanning bed that has been broken 2 of the 3 times I have tried to use it with no estimated time of repair. The management staff is completely clueless! I have no idea how they keep that place going with the incompetence that they have in that office. It is like a comedy act when you walk in there. They think that if they smile and open their eyes really wide and use their really high pitched tone of voice, they can solve your problem. No such luck! It is really not worth it to move in here. You might as well move in to an abandoned building!
