Great apartments but diabolical management

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
We loved the apartment, but just had to move because of the apalling management who promised to do repairs and only did them after numerous reminders and promises from them to return our calls once the 'right' person was back in the office.
We were there 2 yrs and the grounds went downhill with increased late night noise, pet mess and broken glass.
To add insult to injury we moved out over 2 months ago and are still playing phone tag trying to get our deposit back. They have filled our apartment so could at least give us that deposit if they are short of funds!!!
Would NOT recommend - much better places available in the same area.
