I've lived here since May 2006 and have experienced the following issues:

-Did not receive a gate opener until January. After repeated phone calls and office visits, it took a letter stating that they were violating the lease agreement to get a remote.
-Took 3 phone calls to replace a filthy air filter.
-Trash is DISGUSTING. They say they fine for trash placed incorrectly but that's obviously not true because there is trash under the stair wells 7 days a week, resulting in broken glass, foul smells and nasty stains. I'm embarrassed to have friends come over.
-There are plenty of cabinets and shelves but they are all too short or shallow to be useful. Books don't fit in the bookshelves and dishes don't fit in the kitchen cabinets.
-Gates are broken most of the time and take months to fix.
-Inadequate parking- if I get home past dinnertime I have to walk a very long way to my apartment.

Don't rent here!!!!!!!!!!!
