It's all a little give and take. The apartment we were in was great. The kitchen counter was beautiful and there was alot of tile. The pool was nice and fun to hang out at. On the flip side, the management was clueless, it would take an act of God for them to take care of a problem. People leaving garbage outside the door for weeks at a time, the gates NEVER working, as well as constant problems with the access keys. I liked my time there, but it was really a push for the money.
