Maintenance was terrible i would go months without ice and the water on the fridge door did not work, they would exchange part after part still don't work now.The a/c broke and it took time to figure that out,The gate was always being hit and stayed broken for periods at a time the alarms were always going off for the gate and the office. The hot tub was broken for the first year we lived there. The office personel has changed three times in two years and so did the name you never talked to the same people. The last group that is now are completly rude and act like your bothering them any time you call or go in.I got my car hit when it was parked by the office. The nice looking bridges outside that were hit by a car stayed broken for about nine months looked terrible. The mirrored closet door i asked them to come repair fell on my daughter and shattered i still didn't get help til the next day. They had a security guard unarmed''' from like 10-6 we paid so much money for a small place it was nice but we couldn't even get an armed guard' and he walked around couldn't even use the office cart' didn't even have a phone to call so i have no idea why we paid for that'

Everything that was stated in here was very overexaggerated. I have been here and the maintainence not terrible. I have never had a problem with getting anything fixed and if something broke, it would be replaced, the office staff is way better then before and the management company is much more attentive then previous owners, of course office staff is going to change when you switch owners! lol The bridge was hit by a drunk driver but its fixed. This is not the experience that everybody has that lives here.

Um no This is all very true and i have five other people who have now moved out because we were all treated the same way. Changing owners and staff like three times in to years that shows you there are problems.I knew some of the staff who would tell me alot about what was going on this complex is outragous. And Plan on owing money when you move they do anything possible to charge you.

I have lived in this apartment for 2.5 years and the anonymous resident in June is not true. When I moved in it was the Bridges and everyone knew that was a nightmare. I met the new staff and they were okay people. It was apparent that they were cleaning up the mess from the previous management. They only changed management one time from MBS to CWS. It has not changed since and I am still there. I know the office staff are working hard on progressing and improving the lifestlye.

On my first visit, 2 yrs ago, I had a 5:30 appointment, got delayed in traffic and got there at 6:00 PM, time to close, called em 5 minutes before time to check if they still wanted me to come, they were very welcoming and very courteous. I have lived here for more than 2 years, in the last 2 years, I had only 2 small complaints about the maintanance staff not paying attention out of about 10-12 times I needed help, and they were corrected immediately. Both the instances we got apologies from the inside staff as well as the maintanance staff. The amenities are wonderful and the facility is sparkling clean 99.9 out of 100 times, I have made quite a lot of friends while living there. I would say that I did not find any sub-standard crowd in these apartments. We had a baby girl when we moved there and she became a toddler, would play in the partking lot and I would have to worry that somone will hurt her or even drive by her like Crazy....The only reason to leave was that I bought a House...
