My husband and I went went to the property on a Saturday about 45 minutes before the office was scheduled to close. We have moved from out of state recently and have been staying temporarily with family while we wait for our property to sell and decided on temporary apartment living. When we walked into the office we were (eventually after getting off a personal phone call) greated by the MOST rude woman I have ever met. We explained we were looking to rent a 2 bedroom - 2 bath and would like to view the apartments get some information on rates. She literally "Humphed" and said in a very rude, almost venomous tone, 'We'll I don't have time for 'you people' today.' You'll have to come back some other time...and tried to brusk us out the door''' I asked for a brochure and she did begrudingly give me one, but no business card and when I asked her for prices, she refused to answer saying, 'it depends on unit, floor plan and other factors'. I was actually speechless at this point and can honestly say I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my life and can say based on my initial greeting that I would never consider renting here.
One other thing that I would like to add, as we got back in our car to leave and sat there for several minutes while we looked up some other addresses we were interested in on our GPS. During that time, another couple pulled up went into the leasing office and we saw her get in her little golf cart with other prospective tenants and begin her tour... as she walked by the care we even heard her talking about the 'community amenities' etc so she obiously had time to give THEM a tour.
We were not rude to this woman and did nothing to provoke this kind of treatment.
