Believe the 'Beware' headline From: mjala Date posted: 5/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I have lived here for over a year and a half as well. Everything in that statement is true. And if you decide to move here for some reason, don't take the upgrades. They offer granite counter tops and new appliances for a higher rental fee, but all that involves is them gluing different pieces of scratched granite together in your kitchen(and not very well)and converting your apartment into a construction site in the process. Oh, and if you do move here, prepare to know when you're neighbors are having a good sex life because you're going to hear it through the walls and ceilings. This place is not recommended.
