Good place if you can afford it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Been here for 8 months and love it. Grounds are well maintained, the new gym is awesome and we love the granite countertops and stainless appliances. For people who complain about neighbors - welcome to living in an apartment. If you don't want people right next to you get a house. They keep the gates closed and they have a guard and security cameras. Not sure what else you want as far as security but if you live in Houston you need to be aware that crime is always a possibility. We live in the corner of the complex and parking sucks sometimes but there are always spaces in the garage. For major repairs maintenance has always fixed it immediately. For minor repairs, sometimes they come and look at it and then don't come again (not a big problem). Overall great place.
