I found this place by accident....

Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
but I'm so happy that I'm here. I am a very particular person when it comes to my living space, but everything is almost perfect. The apartment itself is spectacular!
Selling point #1: I'm a foodie and the kitchen was what sold me. It's spacious, has updated appliances, wood flooring, and the granite counter tops was the icing on the cake. I also like the detachable sick nozzle. It makes cleaning so much easier since I don't like washing in the dishwasher.
Selling point #2: The restroom is amazing.Garden bathtub to soak in after getting out of work at 11pm. Two sinks so I can have my own side to put all my cosmetics and jewelry at. But I do wish the hot water would last a wee bit longer. I'm just used to having constant hot water regardless of having it on for 5 minutes or even 30 minutes.
Selling point #3: The apartment is big yet homey. It's spacious enough where you wouldn't feel claustrophobic, but all the new appliances gives it a nice homey touch and not so much of that hotel feel. It's a real texas apartment. Everything in it is big. Living room, bedroom, closet, kitchen, and bathroom.=)
Selling Point #4: I feel secure in this place. All residents have a gate card or remote. Any outsiders have to go through a separate gate and go through a security guard before entering. And at night time, I see the security guard doing his rounds, people outside walking with their dogs, and I feel safe coming home at 11pm even having to walk from the garage without fear of having to look over my shoulders. It's a pretty peaceful place.
Selling point #5: The location is amazing for the price! It's 5 minutes from the galleria, the movie theaters, and 10 minutes from the medical center. I'm near my work and entertainment. I enjoy waking up late and not having to rush to work everyday.
Selling point #6: The club house, swimming pool, sauna room, and work out room is top notch! There is no need to get an outside gym membership living at this place. They even have this awesome bbq pit near the pool. Me being a foodie, I couldn't help but notice it.
Selling Point #7: Last but not least, the office ladies were very nice and helpful with our application processes despite some of the obstacles that came up. I had to move in the same day I found this place. They were great at assisting me with my transition here from my former and sketchy apartments over on Almeda. Thank you!
The only problems I can find is "THAT GUY" from upstairs that walks with a heavy foot and doesn't seem to ever go to sleep. Seems like he paces around the house all day. (As I typed this, he just stomped out a nice lil beat of something... oi). The second problem would be the lack of immediate parking spaces after 5-6pm. But the parking isn't too bad because they have a covered garage that's not too far, and it is good to keep your car in there during the summer to keep the paint from frying in the sun.
All in all, this place has a nicely built package to fulfill any person's needs as a tenant. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
