I have been living here for 2 years at the Oaks of Timbergrove Apartments. I know for a fact you mind your own business and noone will bother you. You look for trouble and trouble will find you! Residents here at The Oaks of Timbergrove Apartments are friendly,honest,and we look out for each other!!
Don't believe everything you hear because half of it is NOT TRUE! Don't judge a book by its cover without reading it!
The security guard is here on the property from 8 P.M. - 6 P.M. daily. We look out for each other and that is what good neighbors are for! Everyone here at the property doesn't bite and isn't here to harm you either!
The area is very convenient to downtown, grocery stores, gas stations, schools, daycares, Northwest Mall,cleaners, clinics, nail salons, church, and fast food places! You can walk or drive to these places.
The fitness center is for minor workouts about 20 minutes. If you really want to work for an hour or two then join 24 Fitness.
We have assigned parking. If someone is parked in your spot they will get towed.
The tennis courts are history and don't exist anymore.
The rent to me is reasonable because of our surroundings in the area and location.
I haven't seen anyone here smoking weed in plain view like that ghetto boy who wrote his review. Fact-Look at your surroundings more carefully and you will see who causes the problem!
Take a tour for yourself day and night,see for yourself what the complex is about.

please advise me - I am strongly considering moving into the complex, I am a single white female who enjoys peace and quiet. The staff appear to be friendly. They have even called me to ask if I am still considering moving to the apt. What I am concerned about is security. Crime has been high in the past few months. I don't want my car to be vandalized. Is there plenty of lighting at night? Please advise -- I am struggling on this issue. Again the only reason for hesitation is security - my safety.

I'm also a single white female who enjoys peace and quiet, and I've never had any problems at all. I feel very safe here actually. Units near the office seem to be nicer, maybe.
