From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006   "NEW MGMT" IS A JOKE-MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING, MAINTENANCE REQUESTS ARE NEVER ANSWERED,MY VEHICLE WAS TOWED FOR NO REASON AND THE CAR IN THE NEXT SPOT HAS BEEN SITTING THERE FOR MONTHS AND NOT EVEN REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF TEXAS, RESIDENTS ARE TREATED THE SAME AS NON-RESIDENTS WHERE PARKING IS CONCERNED, WE WERE PROMISED UPGRADES IN THE UNITS-NOTHING, WATER BILLS ARE WAY TOO HIGH (1 BEDROOM/$18.00 MO)-I DO NOT HAVE A WASHER/DRYER EITHER), OFFICE IS BEAUTIFULLY REMODELED-UNITS ARE A DUMP, PIPES LEAK THROUGH THE WALLS AND THE CEILING, TILE IN TUB IS BREAKING OPEN, A/C HAS QUIT TWICE, LOTS OF NIGHT ACTIVITY, GRAFFITI ON THE OUTSIDE WALLS, WASHER/DRYER IN UTILITY ROOM BROKEN AND VANDALIZED, YOU CAN GET MUCH BETTER FOR YOUR MONEY, TRUST ME.
