I lived here from Jan '05 to July '05 and I HATED it! It was not bad at first but then the management staff went completly down hill. The gates were always left open, I saw a guy tring to look through my window while I was getting dressed at 6am, and we had a guy climb up our balcony on the 2nd floor at 2am and enter our apt (our fault for not locking the sliding door, but the only way anyone could get up there was to literally climb). We made the managment staff aware and they said there was nothing they could do (uumm how about fix the gates atleast'!) About a month and a half before we moved out the ceilings were leaking in both bedrooms. One night part of my roomates ceiling fell down from being all wet, and then about a week later pieces of my ceiling also fell down. I had to keep a bucket under it so the water wouldnt get the carpet all wet, however the hole was much bigger than a bucket. We told the managment office 4 or 5 times about this and they kept telling us that someone was going to come fix it and they never did. It stayed like that for over a month, and the carpets started to get all moldy, but no one cared! Then when I left my letter that we were moving out (I STAPLED it to the rent check!) they said they never got it... funny how the rent check was cashed though. So there for when I tried to get into another complex they tried saying I never left the notice.... funny how after I got into the other complex they called to say that they found it! hhmmm ORGANIZATION SKILLS''!!!! So I would strongly advise that you DO NOT move here!
