So, there are alot of things i could say.
My toilet broke it took them TWO MONTHS to get over and fix it. by the time they got here we have already fixed it. WE HAD ONE BATHROOM. What did they want us to do for TWO MONTHS' When we first moved in we had a water leak on the ceiling. They never fixed it. FINALLY after the hurricane after the whole bedroom ceiling is covered in mold and water stains they knock on my door on a SUNNY day to ask if my ceiling was still leaking because they just fixed it. But still they never fixed our moldy ceilings. Our sink broke. It was leaking. It took them again a month and a half to get up here and fix it.. there is now mold under my sink that they PROMISED they would come deal with. Still haven't heard anything about that. Its been about four months now. I live upstairs and heat rises.. It is always about 78 degrees in my apartment. Its never cool. They told me that they would come and do a temp check and put in a window ac unit. We've wrote letter after letter. NOTHING. The water shuts off at least once a month. Hot water goes out atleast twice a month. Sometimes no hot water for DAYS! One of they employes shot me the finger and they didn't do anyting about it. They are just HORRIBLE. The laundry mat; don't waste your time in there. Your clothes will not get clean. Most of the washers do not even work. Dryers don't dry. Just ignore the fact that they are dirt cheap. I don't advise anyone to live here.
