The owner of The Trails needs to visit his Apartments once in awhile From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   The Trails At Barker Cypress have gone down hill with the people who live there as well as the staff. They will rent to anyone just to fill up the aprtments. I agree that the staff is nice only when it comes to having you renew your lease. The landscaping looks dirty as well as needing some water. The pool chairs are all tore up and the pool deck needs high pressure wash badly. The gates are always broken. Forget using the workout room. I don't even want to get into what maintenance man did to fix a water stain we had in our apartment. I can't wait until our lease is up.
