We do not want to leave Promenade From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   My husband and I moved to Promenade in June and have been absolutely pleased from day one. The scenery is great, the complex is quite and all of the neighbors are very friendly. When we did need maintenance to fix something for us, they came to our house that very day. We plan on re-signing our lease next August to get a two bedroom.
