So happy to be leaving...
Let me start by saying that the entire time I lived there the property went through like 5 managers. Each one was worst than the other. Especially the one now. The staff is horrible. Yea when your first moving in it's all great, everyone is nice, they do what you ask, and put a smile. As soon as everything is signed they completely change. Two weeks after I moved in I asked for an assigned parking. I kept calling and all they ever said was ok we'll call you back. I lived there for almost a year and I never got my assigned parking. Why did I want assign parking' You try finding a parking space there. IMPOSSIBLE!!! There was never any parking, ever. When you've lived at an apt complex for almost a year you tend to notice what cars belong to residents and which don't. A lot of my neightbors, including myself, had to park 4 buildings away from our building. They started giving residents parking tags about 2-3 months ago. I never got one. Actually I've only seen a few residents with them and those are the new residents. You can never get anything done there. You have to keep constantly calling the staff and that doesn't even work. All you really accomplish by doing that is getting on their bad side, then you're really screwed. Once you've managed to get on their bad side all of their manners go out the door, so don't be surprised if they yell at you like your're nobody. Oh and they also tend to misplace your rent money, so be sure and keep proof of everything. The walls are still paper thin. The apts next door, The Enclave, are a big problem. It would be 2 in the morning and I could hear people from the other apts screaming as well as their loud annoying music. Also get use to police sirens you'll hear them and see them a lot at those apts next door, oh and don't be surprised if you hear gunshoots. And did I mention you sometimes see them jumping the fence from their apts into the promenade. That probably explains all the cars getting broken into. If you think I'm joking why don't you go read the reviews for the apts just type The Enclave At Cypress Park in the search box. The type of residents that are moving in now aren't so great. A lot of the neighbors I had when I moved in are moving out or have already done so due to all these problems but mainly due to the type of people they're letting move in. Pretty soon these apts are going to end up just like the Enclave next door and they're just going to have to tear down that fence that divides them and make it one whole apt complex. Now for the good things: The apt itself and the property landscape is really nice, no complaints on that part, but everything else just makes it not matter. Good luck :)
