Management claims to have a full-time security officer onsite: not true.
Management claims that the complex is quiet: not true.
Management claims that the pool is clean and safe: not true.
They're great at "selling" the place when you're looking. After you move in, they could care less about you, unless you're not paying the rent on time. Requests for service are generally met with lies. If you tell them the complex is noisy, they tell you to call their answering service (if after-hours). The answering service says they don't do security and says to call the police.
Beware the smiling face at this complex; they'll fool you.
