Not a perfect paradise but best in area

Although the rent is a bit high, overall I like the complex. The people in the office are friendly and helpful, you just have to make sure to put maintenence IN WRITING or they tend to forget. The gym is nice and the hot tub works most of the time. Tiny washateria but w/d connections in every unit. There are a fair amount of neighbors that are rude or messy but so far the office has ahd control over it. The office does notify all the residents when there is a crime on or around property which I'm not used to. Overall good place, while the price is a little high it keeps out the really rough residents from surrounding areas.
