New Management Sucks!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005 1 response   I was considering moving there in July. I visited the property and was very impressed. The "special" was 750 for 2/2 I filled out all my paperwork and was ready to go. Then I got a phone call saying that they made a mistake and rent really was 1050. I wanted all my money back and they would only give my deposit back and I told them had I known rent was that much I never would never have given them an app fee (which I have not gotten back) or admin fee. I did not get an apology nor did they honor their mistake. So I went down the road to Carrington Place where the price doesn't change.
