The office staff is horrible. They had our car towed because it was in a "reserved" spot, that we were never told about. The spot had reserve written in dark blue paint, that you can't see at 10 at night. When we went into the office to ask about it they were very rude about it saying, "Maybe we need to change our head lights to see better." They also could not figure out where the car was towed to. After they did not refund us any money for the tow, they then put a more visible sign at the spot a week later. The parking is awful and a dumpster was a good walk from the apartment.

Thats retarded...as any property management company would do, if you park in a reserved spot you will be towed. There is a saying, "ignorance to the law is no exception." Sorry to say, I would not have refunded your money either. Parking can be tough at times, but typically only on weekends. As far as the dumpsters go, they are a decent walk from the apartments, but I ask you this...where should they put the dumpster? Closer to your apartment and take up two more spaces so you can be even more unhappy? The dumpsters are located on the rear of the property, and my best guess would be that they decided to do that to keep up the appearance of the property. I know how bad it can suck to get your car towed, but you need to take responsibility for you actions, dont blame it on the management.

No one would have to gripe if this were a decent apt. complex and had courtesy door-to-door trash pick up once or twice a week. And yes, the office staff is rude! Anytime me or my husband had gone in there (which isn't often these days because of it) they were incredibly unhelpful and nasty...that, and they don't do what they say when it comes to routine maintenence unless you go in and complain 3 times. Oh, and don't expect anyone to know what they are talking about either. Ask one question to three people and you will get three unlikely answers. We will not be renewing our lease...granite countertops or not!
