I have lived at Promenade Memorial for several months now, and I have been completely satisfied. I love my apartment. I have a one bedroom/one bath with crown molding, granite counter tops, slate floors/tile/carpet. My bathroom is HUGE and I love my balcony. I am on the 2nd floor and it is so much quieter than I thought it'd be. There is free covered parking, and I don't ever have any trouble getting a spot. All the other tenants are very friendly. The grounds are kept very well and the pool is nice and has two large grills. I can not say enough about the staff-PROFESSIONAL! I have lived in other complexes and NEVER received such great treatment. They are quick to react to any problem and are always very respectful. I am so glad I chose to live here. Also-It's a small, gated complex, so there isn't too much traffic. I am a single, young woman, and I feel safe here. I would HIGHLY recommend living here to anyone.

Great review by "new management staff"! With the $99.00 move-in specials and no background checks the complex is starting to fill up. Also, I know one single, young woman who just moved in and had her front door jacked open with a crow bar and several expensive personal items stolen.

I agree, this is still a dump with nasty stairwells to walk thru to enter each apartment and the new management is known for managing rat hole apartments in the Houston area.

I agree. The stairwells are too nasty. The security has become a major problem. Break-in happens quite often recently. I'm just waiting for my lease to end and then will move out.
