I moved into the Reserve by the Lake a month ago and so far it is everything I'd dreamed it would be. Kelly in the office is fabulous and the maintenance staff is wonderful. So far no complaints. My energy bill is the same as my last place and I have a much larger unit now. The insulated windows help alot. I feel safe enough to sit out on the patio with a glass of lemonade and watch the kids play. My upstairs neighbors are a pain, but that's par for the course nowadays. Parking can be difficult if someone is having a get together, but that's the same anywhere.
