I just paid off my lease at this place... and you wont believe how much I had to pay... They have something called "market rate" and honestly it is bull ----.

Before I tell you why all this happened... How come this apartment which opened March last year still had apartments that are free and they have great specials... That is because people who move out really as fast as they move in! This is by far the worst apartment around...

Almost 3 weeks ago, when I decided to leave... there was a shooting right outside the main entrance... This is not new... there has been numerous cases going on in the sides... near the exit gates and in the back... but after it came this close to my home... I wont risk anybody... Watch out for this place...

The leasing specialists are sweet but not courteous... because you are going to leave them anyways

There has never been a record of any shooting at the gate at The Retreat at Cypress Station.
