First of all, you are in the Cypress Station area... That should tell you enough... Second, people should not leave personal items in vehicles... Third, don't be nieve... YOU live in Houston... The home to the third highest crime rating in America... This is a very nice property for the area, so where do you think all of the criminals are going to go'' Duh, to an upscale apartment complex... The shooting that occured on Wednesday was due to a damn drug deal.. If I understand correctly, the resident will NO longer be living here... BE SMART, take your damn valuables out of your vehicle and keep an eye out for your neighbors... This is a very good property for the area, yes you pay for it... It is worth it...

well, i would not live in cypress station area AT ALL. this is springs ghetto. when i was in highschool, it was the place to have an apartment...but now its for the poor trashy people. i have no idea what smart executive thought to put a "high class" apartment in the middle of all that. and for the rent, you could buy yourself a house or rent one for that matter. but for those who dont know the area..i would keep out of sypress station.

Get real. You live in the south. How much crime do you think you have?

"Second, people should not leave personal items in vehicles."
What kind of answer is that?!?! People SHOULD leave whatever the HECK they want in their own vehicles. This is a free country and that is my property. If someone goes into it without my permission or probable cause then there is going to be a big issue. You must be a worker here.

To all of the above an rest of reviews.I lived there from 2005 to Aug 2007.I had previous management. And it is true they do what they can with what they have.If you plan on moving here DO NOT DO IT..YOU WILL REGRET IT. They will raise rent on YOU, the good tenant that stays while they give out almost free rent to all the gangsters that are moving to the north. The area is TERRIBLE.Things happen and they dont diclose it, you will never know.Obviuosly there was ANOTHER shooting after I left. This one happened right in the middle of the day 2PM.So is nothing new.Complex looks nice and well kept, but insulation SUCKS!!!You can in fact hear your neighbors do everything, and I mean "EVERYTHING".Pool is nice, but I dont live in the pool area.I want to pay for nice apartment at an apartment price, not house price. In a nice quiet safe area where I can go home to rest in peace wihtout having to worry about the next crime.Gates were always broke. They make enough money to hire a security company to guard at least at night.I am tellin you DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
