for all of you that are reading these reviews that are considering moving here, I will tell it like it is. I have lived in 6 different apartment communities, 4 of which were in houston. Ive lived in cheap and very expensive apartments. These apartments are relitively inexpensive, and you really get more than what you pay for. Most important to me is maintenance, I have had a few minor issues and they always fixed it the same day I called. As for noise, you have to expect some no matter what apartments you live in. I have a high tolerance for noise, but the one time that I complained about some idoit partying too loud at 130 am on a thursday I called the office the next day, they assured me that they would take care of it and I never heard the guy at night again. The neighborhood is not the best, but for the price and being right off the highway and avoiding the main traffic is worth it. Plus the girls in the office are really hot, which is always nice.

Its funny how the only people responding to the bad reviews with positive words are the people who work for the apartment complex.

really hot? great reason to give a good review- but just as the apartments don't let the looks fool you and yes these apartments are way over priced, and neighborhood is awful and the "hot" girls as you like to call it (guess i beg to differ) dont really give a sh-t about you after you move in and they get what they get out of of it! i would not suggest coming near this place!!!!

Thank you for your kind words stlien2003! And as far as the anonymous repsonse, we love our residents and will take care of them each and everyday, even if they don't think we're hot. :-)
