Ive been here for almost 7 months and Mgmt is a pain to deal with. from having 3 answers to one question, and almost having to be Brutal to get anything done, no matter how minor or major. New Mgr seems really cool, tho try getting to him through his Ass.Mgr. none of my own payouts for damages have been considered or paid back and im being charged WAY too much for water and sewage. I do not agree to pay for plants being watered for the management, and as the water comes out of our buildings.. we are charged for that water. I have a huge problem paying 30.00 a month for 3 people, when other apt complexes, my friends pay 4.00 AND there trash is taken twice a week from there front doors. Notices left on my door FOR MY CHILDREN' No i do not recomend moving here, I will be leaving ASAP. i think the allotted time for maint. to answer is 3 days.. not 3 weeks and 6 phone calls later. mgmnt should handle calls better, and start doing there job instead of taking advantage of the people living here. we pay to live here, and quite well. we expect to be treated as residents not cell mates.
