This is absolutely the best place to live and buy in The Texas Med Center. The previous negative statments had to do with new construction and moving in while construction work and workers were still there (never a good idea). With an expected increase of 20,000 new employees in Med Center in the next 4yrs., the early buyers will see alot of appreciation of value. Most med center workers are single or a two person family, they don't need to live in pearland or somewhere far away with Houston's traffic. Med Center has almost no land left and just check out the single family homes in the area, tear downs are 350,000. Homes start at about 800,000.
This place has everything. Cable and high speed wifi are included in the condo fees. no need to join a gym, great grilling area and resort stlye pool. Managment is getting much better. The piece de resistance is the adjoining light rail, what a kick for me to take it to work everyday. I even met a hottie nurse to go to the movies with. I love The Valencia. I bought while rates were even lower two months ago. Call me a happy condo owner.
