The people who have knocked this place are obviously the renters who are being asked to buy or leave. This is a wonderful place to live. It's true that Hurricane Ike caused a big problem and the insurace took forever (until March) to pay the claim. However since the settlement,all the interior repairs were made in just a few weeks,and the outside is just about finished. The staff is great and very helpful. The light rail being right next to us is just wonderful. Some people gripe even when they stay at the Ritz. I Know this is the best place to live in the Med Center and I love it.
