Constant break ins and robberies and management says/does nothing. Our resident Facebook page is how we all know. Fired all security to save money and the result is crime. Break ins are occurring almost weekly to daily now.

I have been disappointed in the lack of landscaping outside my back door along Newcastle (dead bushes/mud/no ground cover). Additionally, it seems that the pool is out of commission quite often which is quite disappointing.

The price is excellent for the convenient location. Property is kept up well, even though residents can be messy (heavy trash by dumpster, trash in hallways). Management is always responsive and helpful.

The apartments at Westmore of Bellaire are spacious with wonderful amenities inside. I feel very safe at this property. The management and maintenace respond to your issues immediately. It's a great place to live.

Maintance men are great, office personell a bit cold and unfriendly. Adding more in this survey is stupid and a waste of time. Forcing survey readers to include more than what they want to voids the responce.... Look it up!

I can never get through to the office when you call. I told them about problems in exercise room. I was told they were aware and in the process of fixing things. Weeks later they still haven't been fixed.

The office staff and maintenance staff at Westmore has consistently provided excellent service. The grounds are well maintained. The office staff ensures residents are given information and notices in a timely manner.

This place is alright. Inside the apartment they are super nice. Management is ok. Maintenance is not that great, but they do respond quick. Parking here is god awful if you don't have a reserved spot.
