While I may be just a 'renter', I've lived on the property for more than 6 years and more than once. It is home to me and many tentnats like me. Since we have had our new management group take effect, I have been treated as an inconvenience at best. And unfortunately for this group, I am one of the lower maintenance tenants (no pun intended)...I don't care if my AC is off by 6 or 8 degrees, don't care if the spin cycle in my washer works properly, and I don't care if the toilet runs (I just get up and jiggle the handle...again). I understand the desire to sell the units and have 'real tenants' in place but in the interim, my rent dollars contribute to their salaries; I'd like to be treated with respect, at least. I do not expect them to duplicate the warmth of their predecessor but they should easily provide us with the same level of professionalism.
Please note: in my assessment below of the staff, I am excluding housekeeping, maintenance and most of the concierge. My concerns are strictly about the management staff on site with the possible exception of the bookkeeper; his attitude has improved over the last several months.

This is from someone who agreed with previous management who allowed the low lifes of the planet to dwell here. You sound as if you are of the same making! Why not do us all a favor and leave and stay gone!!
