The problem I see now is that it has turned getto. They are letting anyone move in here now. The cosmetic remodling in the lobby and pool area are only on the surface. This is an old moldy building and in most units. Many units were bought by investors, but they didn't remodel the units....everything is still old. I pay $880. a month and the new owner wants to charge me $1050. What a joke...I will be moving soon. I am not complaining, but only giving an honest review. The reviews on here that defend this place are most likey the investors who are trying to raise the rent scale.....I would stay away. HonestGal06
