Building is FALLING APART! Just ask any resident!
New owner & mgmt from hell took over in late 2005, threw on a coat of paint and touched up the pool & lobby only. They took away the sauna during remodeling, but still advertising that it's there! They come into our units without notice or apology! The elevators are frequently broken. The handicap door device has been broken for MONTHS, and left unfixed! Lobby ceiling leaks water. Numerous units have had toilets and kitchen sinks clogged and flooded with sewage! AC and plumbing continue to be MAJOR PROBLEMS here, and getting worse since they won't invest the $ necessary to fix the causes! They are desperate to sell these units to unaware buyers so others can pay the expense to fix the building infrastructure. They demonstrate gross negligence and deception with this business model! If you are willing to pay the jacked up price to buy or rent here, there are many other better-kept buildings nearby that are managed by people with an ounce of decency.

Have lived hear six months and could not disagree more with the above. In my case the sauna was gone before I arrived. The automatic door has been out until recently, however, I have not experienced the elevators being out in the main building even once. In the covered parking garage, twice or three times, and fixed very timely. I consider the rent here, given the location and amenities, to be an outstanding value. I am looking for work, and if the position is located in a reasonable commute, I will consider buying a unit in this facility.
